1. What we collect
CohostAI collects the following information when you use our service:
- Your email address and name when you sign up
- Your Gmail address and OAuth tokens when you connect Gmail
- Email content from Airbnb and Booking.com messages forwarded through your Gmail inbox
- Property information and host preferences you enter manually
2. How we use your data
- To read incoming guest messages from your Gmail inbox (Airbnb and Booking.com only)
- To generate AI-drafted replies using the message content
- To send replies on your behalf via Gmail when you approve them
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your email content for advertising
3. Gmail data
CohostAI's use of Gmail data is limited to:
- Reading emails from Airbnb and Booking.com in your inbox
- Sending replies to guests on your behalf
- We do not access, store, or process any other emails in your Gmail account
CohostAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS). Gmail OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect Gmail and delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
5. Third-party services
- Google Gmail API — to read and send emails
- Anthropic Claude API — to generate reply drafts (message content is sent to Anthropic for processing)
- Supabase — database and authentication
6. Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us or deleting your account from Settings. We will remove all stored data within 30 days.
