CohostAI is an AI-assisted guest messaging tool for short-term rental hosts. It reads incoming messages from Airbnb and Booking.com via Gmail and generates draft replies for your review. You remain responsible for all messages sent to guests.
CohostAI uses third-party AI models to generate reply drafts. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review drafts before sending. CohostAI is not liable for any issues arising from unsupervised use of AI-generated replies.
By connecting your Gmail account you grant CohostAI permission to read emails from Airbnb and Booking.com and send replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
CohostAI offers paid subscription plans. Charges are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
CohostAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost bookings, guest complaints, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
